I optimized web platform infrastructure, reducing fixed hosting costs by 89% (~$492 USD annual savings) by migrating to a hybrid serverless model at the Edge and active usage billing (Railway/Cloudflare/Turso).
I led the document automation of critical operations under time pressure, developing a dynamic template engine that generated more than 400 technical protocols in seconds from Excel spreadsheets. This dramatically accelerated project closure and billing.

I developed scripts to extract data from client PDFs to automate the signing, review, and completion of pending documents, eliminating hundreds of hours of manual work and earning direct recognition from the client and the team.
I redesigned the corporate intranet, migrating to a hybrid Edge microservices architecture (Cloudflare Workers Hono + Express) with Edge databases (Turso/libSQL), applying Clean Architecture, DDD, TDD (Vitest), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
I migrated the corporate e-commerce to Next.js coupled with Payload CMS v3 and Turso (SQLite Edge), eliminating the need for expensive dedicated servers and reducing CMS hosting cost to $0 USD.
I improved the security and UX of the platforms by integrating 2FA authentication, real-time catalogs, and predictive search engines (Algolia).
